Stichting IT-notaris is het specialisatieorgaan van alle IT-notarissen in Nederland. Stichting IT-notaris heeft zich als doel gesteld een bijdrage te leveren aan de rechtszekerheid in de informatiemaatschappij.
Stichting IT-notaris is geaccrediteerd door de Koninklijke Notariële Beroepsorganisatie als specialisatieorgaan.
